Materials We Use

The materials, contractors and equipment utilized on a project are jointly selected with the Owner and Builder. The fundamental requirement is based on need to obtain the best quality at a reasonable price. The prices quoted in the line item budgets and used for contracting are always at the best prices available to Locher Design Build.

Locher Design Build enjoys a good relationship with many vendors and contractors and will always negotiate on behalf of the Owner.
